Flat plans only work if they stay fair for everyone. Here's how we keep them that way—in plain language.
No per-token billing
Every individual plan is a flat monthly price. You are never metered per token or charged surprise overages. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime.
What fair use means
Plans are sized for genuine individual and team use. Fair use covers interactive work, development and normal automation. It is not intended for reselling raw capacity or running sustained industrial-scale batch jobs on a personal plan.
Sustained & high-volume workloads
If your workload needs guaranteed throughput, reserved capacity or very high concurrency, that belongs on Dedicated Compute or an Enterprise agreement, where capacity is provisioned for you and protected by an SLA.
Keeping it kind
Denizen Blu exists to keep intelligence accessible. We ask that usage respects other citizens on shared capacity, follows the law, and never targets people for harm. Abuse or attempts to circumvent limits may be rate-limited or suspended.
Transparency
If a workload approaches the edge of fair use, we reach out first. No silent throttling, no punitive bills—just a clear conversation about the right plan.
